1.The sMail service is provided by Everest Net (enet) and Connection Yellow Pages (connection); collectively referred to as providers.

2. The customer will be provided username and password that is specific to the customer.

3. The account will be valid untill the written expiry on the form attached.

4. Provider or the telecom operators do not control the content of the messages coming from any mobile phone user to the short code.

5. Once payment is made for the sMail service, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. The client shall keep the password confidential and will not hold provider liable for whatsoever problems arising due to leakage of password.

7. Provider and the client reserve the right to discontinue the service if either party fails to comply with this agreement.

8. This agreement shall be executed by provider and the client in good faith. In case of any dispute remaining unsettled, it will be decided upon mutual understanding.

9. Government taxes and VAT shall be applicable as per government rules.
